Mr. Daniel Gabriel Dinu is the Founder and President of THE Q AGENCY – a Romanian private company with focus on R&D domain who develop a range of cognitive business solutions that can be applied to a large scale of domains and fields. Despite his business and economic oriented background, he is involved in various interdisciplinary projects and, in the past years, his research has been focusing on the use of neuroscience technology and techniques in the economic, security and defence sectors. Together with a multidisciplinary team of researchers, Mr. Dinu undertakes private professional research in the neuroscience domain and among the research areas, it is mainly concerned with national security professions, but also with the development of a number of spin-offs including a solution which used neuroscience equipment to create brain-computer interface applications for Air Force.

Mr. Daniel G. Dinu holds a PhD in Economics and Business Administration Studies at ‘The Bucharest University of Economic Studies’(Romania). He also completed a Master of Science in Intelligence and National Security – Competitive Intelligence programme at ‘Mihai Viteazul’ National Intelligence Academy (Romania) and a Master of Business Administration and Commerce from ‘The Bucharest University of Economic Studies’ (Romania).
